50th Annual Old Settlers Celebration...Historic Film Footage! Though we don't have much information about past Old Settlers Celebrations, we do have this amazing black-and-white film footage from 1937, the 50th Old Settlers! Footage includes the Old Settlers Grand Parade and even rare footage of Dr. Hertzler and his staff from 1937.

We would also like to ask for everyone's help in locating the original film footage from which this video was made several years ago. If you have any information about this footage, or any other historic video footage of Old Settlers or other historic event in Halstead, please contact the Halstead Historical Society.
