Welcome to the 2003 116th Annual Old Settlers Celebration Held August 7-10 this Year! Old Settlers Buttons were available at Halstead merchants for just $3 before Old Settlers and at the Old Settlers booth during the celebration. An Old Settlers Button is needed for many events and entitles the bearer entry into drawings, games, a free barbecue lunch on Saturday, and to attend all tournaments, dances and more! (Some Old Settlers events may have an extra charge.)
