Welcome to the 117th Annual Old Settlers Celebration Held August 13-15 2004! 2004 Halstead 117th Annual Old Settlers Celebration LogoOld Settlers Buttons are available at Halstead merchants for just $3 before Old Settlers and at the Old Settlers booth during the annual celebration. An Old Settlers Button is needed for many events and entitles the bearer entry into drawings, games, a free barbecue dinner on Saturday, and to attend all tournaments, dances and more!
